Using the RBGlobalTraining.net Calendar Home Meetings, Home Tastings & New Distributor Meetings
For all distributors in our team
*please note that only Home Meetings, Home Tastings and New Distributor Meetings may be posted on the calendar. Open Meetings can be found on R3Global.com. The RBGlobalTraining.net site owners reserve the right to delete any meeting entries that do not comply with Monavie regulations and to revoke calendar privileges to any participant who is deemed to be abusing the system in any way, at the sole discretion of the web site owners.
Step 1: Logging in with your User Name & Password
• Go to www.RBGlobalTraining.net and click “Calendar of Events”, then “Distributor Log In”
• If you already have a user name and password, log in.
• If you need a user name and password, click on “Register Now” and follow the directions
Step 2: Now that you are logged in, here is how to enter meeting information
• Enter meeting type: Home or NDO
• Enter each meeting Date individually. The calendar currently does not allow biweekly and day-of-the-week monthly scheduling.
• Double check meeting Times, be sure you have selected AM or PM correctly
• Always enter your present Rank, not the rank you are working toward
• Costs are $5 per person (no free guests) and $20 per person for NDOs
• For your first entry, you will have to enter all contact and location info, after that, the calendar will remember your information
• Make sure your computer has “auto-fill” enabled. This will save you a lot of time making future entries
• Verify your location address before you enter it into the calendar (use www.MapQuest.com, www.Google.com/maps, or www.SuperPages.com to verify your address). If the address is not entered into the calendar correctly, the map feature will not work and attendees may not able to find your meeting!
• To further help attendees find your meetings, be sure to enter in simple driving directions. Use major intersections, landmarks and indicate turns and traveling directions in cardinal terms (north, south, east, west) rather than personal terms (left, right).
• Include additional info such as alternate contact numbers, specific event information (food, childcare, parking, etc). Be sure your text size is set to “1”.
• To Post your meeting, click “Post Event”.
• Review your Post by clicking on the title – be sure pop-ups are enabled
• Edit or Delete your Post by simply clicking “Edit” or “Delete”
• Search the calendar using the drop down options on the right side of the page
